This incredible recipe has always been a part of my family since I was a little kid. I remember my Grandma used to make this whenever we came to visit her. I am so glad that she taught me this recipe because now, I get to share it with you! By the way, feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. 3-4 large chicken breasts (about 1.5 lb)
1 (12ounces) bottle of Frank’s Buffalo Wing Sauce
1/2 packet of ranch seasoning mix (about 2 tbsp)
2 tablespoons butter
hoagie rolls for serving
Step 1: Apply cooking spray in your slow cooker.
Step 2: In a mixing bowl, add the chicken, ranch seasoning, and buffalo sauce. Stir until well mixed.
Step 3: Transfer everything into the prepared slow cooker.
Step 4: Cover and cook for 5 hours on low heat or 3 hours on high heat.
Step 5: Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and use forks to shred them into pieces.
Step 6: Put the shredded chicken back to the pot together with 2 tablespoons of butter. Stir until well mixed and until the butter has melted completely.
Step 7: Serve hot and enjoy!
Serve this with hoagie rolls together with coleslaw and blue cheese. Yum!
