Easy Croissant Breakfast Sandwiches

Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 25 mins | Yield: 4 Sandwiches

The best breakfast sandwich you will ever have today! Give this one a try and experience perfection! Feel free to add more ingredients if you want. This sandwich is also the best hangover food! Oh, man, you are so in for a treat. Have a great day, friends. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

4 croissants sliced in half
6 eggs scrambled
20 slices of honey ham
4 slices American cheese

For the Sauce:

2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon mustard

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Cook the eggs depending on your preference, and then set aside.

Step 3: Cut the croissants into two.

Step 4: In a microwave-safe bowl, add in the butter and brown sugar. Place it inside the microwave and allow the butter to melt.

Step 5: Remove from the microwave and add in the mustard. Stir until well combined.

Step 6: Brush one side of the croissant with the melted butter.

Step 7: Put about 5 slices of ham, followed by a slice of cheese, and ¼ of the scrambled eggs on top of on croissant.

Step 8: Place the other slice of croissant on top of the other and use tin foil to wrap it.

Step 9: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted completely.

Step 10: Remove from the oven.

Step 11: Serve warm and enjoy!
