This incredible salad recipe is so awesome! A big thanks to my dear friend, Alexa, for this. Oh, man, you have got to give this one a try! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you need to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Feel free to add more ingredients if you want. Ingredients:
1 box (12 ounces) tricolor rotini pasta
1 c chopped cucumber (peeled and seeded, about 1 cucumber)
1 c halved cherry or grape tomatoes
1 c crumbled feta cheese
1 can (2.25 ounces) sliced black olives drained
1/4 c finely diced red onion
1/2 – 1 c Italian salad dressing
Directions:
Step 1: Refer to the directions provided on the package of the pasta on how to cook it.
Step 2: Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
Step 3: Add the pasta, cucumber, feta cheese, tomatoes, red onion, and olives into a large mixing bowl. Toss everything until well mixed.
Step 4: Add the Italian dressing and stir until well mixed.
Step 5: Serve and enjoy!
Note:
You can eat this salad later. Just place it inside the fridge until ready to serve.
