This incredible Pecan Pie recipe is just too good not to share with you, friends! You have got to give this one a try and taste it yourself. It is very to make, I’m telling you. A big thanks to my dear friend, Abby, for this! I am so glad that I gave it a try because my kids love it so much! My youngest even told me to bake this pie every day! Kids, right? Anyway, feel free to add more ingredients if you want. I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you need to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! 1 cup Karo light corn syrup
1 cup of sugar
3 Eggs, well beaten
2 Tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups pecan halves
1 9 inches, deep dish frozen pie crust
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Put a cooking sheet inside the preheating oven.
Step 3: In a medium mixing bowl, add the eggs, butter, vanilla, sugar, and corn syrup. Stir until well mixed.
Step 4: Add in the pecans and stir until well combined.
Step 5: Transfer the filling into the frozen pie crust and spread it evenly on the bottom.
Step 6: Put the pie inside the preheated oven and position it in the middle.
Step 7: Bake the pie for 1 hour or until it springs back when pressed.
Step 8: Remove the pie from the oven and let it sit on a wire rack to cool at room temperature for at least 2 hours.
Step 9: Serve and enjoy!
