Eggnog Cheesecake

You will love every bite of this amazing Eggnog Cheesecake! It is so smooth that you would want to eat it every day. Give it a try and feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons white sugar
3 tablespoons melted butter
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
¾ cup eggnog
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons rum
1 pinch ground nutmeg

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven 165 degrees C or 325 degrees F.

Step 2: In a medium mixing bowl, add the 2 tablespoons of sugar, butter, and graham cracker crumbs. Stir until well mixed.

Step 3: Transfer the mixture into the prepared 9-inch springform pan and press it on the bottom.

Step 4: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes or until done.

Step 5: Remove from the oven and let it sit on a wire rack to cool at room temperature.

Step 6: Add the 1 cup of sugar, cream cheese, eggnog, and flour into the food processor. Mix until well combined.

Step 7: Add in rum, nutmeg, and eggs. Mix until well blended.

Step 8: Transfer the mixture into the cooled crust.

Step 9: Place inside the oven and bake at 220 degrees C or 425 degrees F for about 10 minutes or until done.

Step 10: Reduce the heat to 250 degrees F and bake for another 45 minutes or until the middle part of the cake is firm.

Step 11: Remove from the oven and run a knife on the side to loosen the cake.

Step 12: Let it sit at room temperature to cool completely.

Step 13: Serve and enjoy!
