Ingredients:
1 rack baby back ribs membrane removed
Dry Rub:
2 tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
2 teaspoons coarse salt
BBQ Sauce:
Parsley
1/2 c brown sugar BBQ sauce
2-3 tablespoons honey
Directions:
1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 150 degrees C or 300 degrees F.
2. Line with aluminium foil a large baking sheet.
3. Arrange the ribs onto the prepared baking sheet.
4. Add all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
5. Rub each rib with the dry ingredients.
6. Place the baking sheet inside the preheated oven and bake the ribs for about 3 hours.
7. Remove the ribs from the oven and remove the foil.
8. In a mixing bowl add the honey and BBQ sauce. Stir until well blended.
9. Brush each rib with the mixture.
10. Put them back inside the oven and bake for another 3 minutes. Brush more sauce and bake for a few more minutes.
11. Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
12. Serve and enjoy!
