This recipe has always been a part of my family since I was a little kid. I remember my Grandma used to make this all the time! Lucky for me, she gave me the recipe! Now, I get to share it with you as well. How awesome is that? I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you have to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! As perfect as this recipe is, feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. I am sure that you can do a lot to make this recipe even better. Ingredients:
10 oz dried egg noodles
1 lb lean ground beef
2 cans (10.75 oz, each) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (15 oz) jar Lay’s French Onion Dip
1 c French’s fried onions
Directions:
1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
2. Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch baking pan.
3. Place a large pot with water on the stove.
4. Add the egg noodles and cook until done. Drain and set aside.
5. Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
6. Add the ground beef, then cook until crumbly and brown. Discard any excess grease.
7. Add the French onion dip and soups. Stir until well blended.
8. Add the cooked noodles and toss until well coated with the sauce.
9. Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
10. Sprinkle fried onions on top.
11. Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until done.
12. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
13. Serve and enjoy!
