Ingredients:
1 lb Jones Dairy Farm Cherrywood Smoked Bacon, cooked and chopped
12 oz of Jones Dairy Farm Breakfast Sausage Rolls
1 (28 oz) package frozen cubed hash browns with peppers and onions, thawed
2 c (8-oz) shredded medium cheddar cheese
12 large eggs
1/2 c whole milk
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
2. Brush with melted butter a 9×13-inch baking pan.
3. Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
4. Add the sausage and cook until crumbly and brown. Transfer into the prepared baking pan.
5. Add the hash browns, cheese, and bacon into the baking dish together with the sausage. Toss everything until well mixed.
6. In a mixing bowl, add milk, eggs, garlic, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well mixed.
7. Add the egg mixture on top of the hash brown mixture and spread it evenly.
8. Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.
9. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature.
10. Serve and enjoy!
Note:
You can make this baked-egg casserole the night before. Just place it inside the fridge until ready to bake.
