Garlic-Butter Roasted Mushrooms

Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 20 mins | Total Time: 30 mins | Yield: 4 Servings

Oh, my! These mushrooms made my day extra special! You need to give this recipe a try, I’m telling you. Have a wonderful day, friends. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1-lb fresh white mushrooms
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp salted butter, melted
1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp minced fresh parsley

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.

Step 2: Use a damp paper towel to clean the mushrooms, then discard the stems.

Step 3: Apply cooking oil in a large cast-iron skillet.

Step 4: Arrange the mushrooms into the prepared skillet and sprinkle each cavity with garlic. Make sure not to sprinkle garlic on the skillet.

Step 5: Drizzle each mushroom with melted butter, then sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.

Step 6: Place the mushrooms inside the preheated oven and roast for about 15 minutes.

Step 7: Sprinkle a generous amount of cheese on top and bake for another 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted completely.

Step 8: Remove the mushrooms from the oven and garnish them with chopped parsley.

Step 9: Serve and enjoy!
