This tender and juicy Garlic Roasted Chicken is just too perfect! Oh, man, you are so in for a treat! I like to eat this with rice. 5 pounds whole chicken
Salt and pepper
5 cloves of garlic, mashed smooth
1/4 pounds butter
1/2 cup canned chicken broth
Step 1: I use cold water to wash the chicken.
Step 2: Use paper towels to pat dry the whole chicken.
Step 3: Discard any excess fat that the chicken has.
Step 4: Peel the 5 garlic cloves and chop them into small cuts.
Step 5: Sprinkle salt onto the garlic and press them with a knife to make a garlic paste.
Step 6: Add 1/2 of the garlic paste inside the chicken and spread it evenly.
Step 7: Rub the rest of the garlic paste all over the chicken.
Step 8: Season the chicken inside and out with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Step 9: Put the chicken in a crockpot.
Step 10: Top the chicken breasts with pats of butter.
Step 11: Add in the broth beside the chicken as well as the rest of the butter.
Step 12: Cover the crockpot and cook for 6 to 8 hours on a low setting.
Step 13: Remove the chicken from the crockpot and put it on a serving plate.
Step 14: Serve the chicken immediately and don’t forget to drizzle that yummy sauce on too. Enjoy!
