These meatballs have been the highlight of my day! Oh, man, give this recipe a try and taste them yourself. With this very simple set of ingredients, you will have the best-tasting meatballs ever! Cook some pasta noodles, top with these bad boys, and you have yourself a meal to remember! Feel free to add more ingredients if you wish. Have a wonderful day, friends, and I hope you all love and appreciate this Giant Italian Easy Meatball Recipe! See you on my next recipe. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

2 pounds ground beef (or your choice of ground meat)
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 1/2 tablespoons dried Italian seasoning
2 c fresh spinach or kale, chopped finely
2 Eggs
1/4 c flour (I used all-purpose)
4 ounces Parmesan cheese, shredded (using the rind, if possible)

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Step 2: In the bowl of a stand mixer, add everything. Beat until well combined. You can also add all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl, then use a wooden spoon to stir until well mixed.

Step 3: Form 10 meatballs out of the mixture and arrange them in a 9×9-inch or 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 4: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until done.

Step 5: Broil the meatballs for 2 more minutes.

Step 6: Flip the meatballs and broil for 2 more minutes.

Step 7: Remove from the oven and allow them to cool at room temperature.

Step 8: Serve and enjoy!

Note:

These meatballs are best served with spaghetti sauce or marinara sauce. Enjoy!
