This cobbler recipe is just too perfect! Oh, man, you have got to give this one a try! Feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
CRUST
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup milk
1/2 stick butter, unsalted
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
GOOEY LAYER
1 package cream cheese 8 oz
2 Eggs
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 stick butter, unsalted melted
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
PEACHES LAYER
3 cups fresh or frozen peaches
1/2 cup sugar
3 Tablespoons flour
1 pinch salt
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: In a 9×13-inch pan, add butter, then put it inside the oven. Allow the butter to melt.
Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, add the rest of the ingredients aside from the butter. Stir until well combined.
Step 4: Spread about 1/2 of the mixture on the bottom of the pan. Make sure not to stir.
Step 5: Place a saucepan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 6: Add the peaches, flour, salt, and sugar. Stir and cook until the texture becomes thick.
Step 7: Spread the peaches on top of the crust.
Step 8: In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the gooey layer. Stir until well combined.
Step 9: Drizzle the rest of the crust mix over the cobbler.
Step 10: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for 50 minutes or until done.
Step 11: Remove from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature.
Step 12: Serve and enjoy!
