Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion sliced
9 oz. ramen noodles
1 c Bok choy shredded
2 tbsp oyster sauce
3 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 large carrot shredded or sliced thin
2 tbsp sesame seeds
3 green onions chopped
Directions:
1. Refer to the directions provided on the package of the noodles on how to cook them.
2. Drain the noodles and set them aside.
3. Place a large wok on the stove and turn the heat to high.
4. Add olive oil and allow it to become hot.
5. Add the ground beef, then cook until crumbly and brown.
6. Add the onion and sauté until soft.
7. Add the garlic and sauté until aromatic.
8. Add the carrot and Bok choy, then cook until soft and wilted. Remove the wok from the heat.
9. Add the cooked noodles, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, and dark soy sauce. Toss until well mixed.
10. Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top.
11. Serve and enjoy!
