A very easy yet delicious dish that will surely make you satisfied! A big thanks to my sister, Heather, for giving me this amazing recipe! Everything in this dish is delicious! From the beans to the chuck. Oh, man, you need this in your life! If you are a busy person like myself, this will suit you perfectly. All you need to do for this recipe is to put all the ingredients in a large pot, cook, and serve! As easy as that! I can’t think of any reason why you should not give this one a try. Aside from the luscious taste, the ingredients are pretty cheap as well. So yeah, it is budget-friendly! Feel free to add more ingredients if you wish. I have not tried using chicken for this, but I am pretty sure that it will taste as superb as ground chuck! Oh, before I forget, be very generous with the amount of chilli seasoning that you are going to add. If you want an extra kick, I highly recommend adding more of it. Thank me later! 1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
4 can(s) tomato sauce ( 8 ounces cans )
1 can(s) stewed tomatoes, 14 ounces
1 can(s) ranch style beans, 14 ounces
1 can(s)pinto beans, 14 ounces
1 can(s) kidney beans, 14 ounces
1 can(s) Rotel diced tomatoes,10 ounces
1 pack mild chilli seasoning
2 pounds ground chuck
Step 1: In a large pot, brown the ground beef. Once done, drain any excess fat.
Step 2: Add the canned goods along with the juice into the pot followed by the onions, bell pepper, and chilli seasoning.
Step 3: Continue to cook until the onions and peppers are tender.
Step 4: Serve and enjoy!
