How to Make Cauliflower Rice + 16 Cauliflower Rice Recipes

I have never tried this one before and I am so glad that I finally did because I never would have tasted perfection! This is the best substitute for rice, I’m telling you! A big thanks to my sister, Heather, for this amazing recipe! Feel free to add more ingredients and tweak it a little. Give it your take! Oh, man, you are so in for a treat! Ingredients:

1 head cauliflower washed and dried
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1/3 cup parsley, chopped (optional)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
A pinch cayenne

Directions:

Step 1: Remove the leaves from the cauliflower.

Step 2: Cut the prepared cauliflower into four cuts.

Step 3: Grate each with a box grater.

Step 4: Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Step 5: Add in a lug of olive oil and allow it to become hot.

Step 6: Add in the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute or until golden and aromatic.

Step 7: Add in the cauliflower rice and stir until well combined.

Step 8: Cover the skillet and cook for 10 minutes or until done. Make sure to stir from time to time.

Step 9: Add in the chopped parsley, a pinch of cayenne, salt, and pepper.

Step 10: Serve and enjoy!
