4 c unsalted and dry roasted peanuts
¾ – 1 teaspoon salt
Agave nectar or maple syrup
Step 1: Bake raw peanuts at 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F for 10 minutes if you do not have roasted peanuts yet.
Step 2: Transfer the roasted peanuts into a food processor as well as the salt. Pulse for 1 minute or until done.
Step 3: Make sure to scrape the bottom and sides of the food processor with a spatula.
Step 4: Add in your preferred optional flavours and pulse again until well blended.
Step 5: Transfer the peanut butter into a jar and you are good to go!
