1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 (17.5 oz) pouch sugar cookie mix
⅔ c raspberry baking chips
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Line with parchment paper the baking sheets.
Step 3: Add the cream cheese into a mixing bowl, then beat until the texture becomes soft.
Step 4: Add egg and beat until well mixed.
Step 5: Add the cookie mix and beat again until well combined.
Step 6: Add the raspberry chips and stir until just mixed.
Step 7: Spoon the dough and drop them onto the lined baking sheets. Make sure to leave a 2-inch space between each cookie dough.
Step 8: Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 12 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
Step 9: Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool at room temperature.
Step 10: Serve and enjoy!
