Oh, my! I love this Instant Pot Goulash so much! You need to try this recipe if you want to taste perfection! In just about 30 minutes, you will have the best meal ever! Feel free to add more ingredients if you want. Enjoy!
1 1/2 pound ground beef
3 cloves garlic minced
1 yellow onion chopped
2 15-ounces cans diced tomatoes undrained
2 15-ounces cans tomato sauce
3 c water
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
16 ounces elbow macaroni
1/4 c cheddar cheese shredded, for topping
Step 1: Press the “Sauté” button on the Instant Pot.
Step 2: Add the ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook for a few minutes until the beef is brown and garlic and onion are aromatic and translucent.
Step 3: Add the tomato sauce, sliced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, water, elbow macaroni, and seasoned salt. Stir until just mixed.
Step 4: Cover the pot and cook on high pressure for about 4 minutes.
Step 5: Do a quick release and remove the cover.
Step 6: Spoon the goulash into a serving bowl and sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheese on top.
Step 7: Serve and enjoy!
1. Feel free to use ground pork for this recipe.
2. You can also add bay leaves and bell peppers if you prefer.
3. You can also use a different kind of pasta for this recipe.
