3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 c white sugar
¼ c melted butter
1 ½ c all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 165 degrees C or 325 degrees F.
Step 2: Apply cooking spray in a 9×15-inch loaf pan.
Step 3: In a mixing bowl, add the bananas, egg, butter, and sugar. Stir until well mixed.
Step 4: In another mixing bowl, add the baking soda and flour. Whisk until well mixed.
Step 5: Transfer the flour mixture into the banana mixture and beat until well combined.
Step 6: Add salt and stir until well blended.
Step 7: Transfer the batter into the greased loaf pan.
Step 8: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about an hour or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.
Step 9: Remove from the oven and allow the bread to cool for a few minutes.
Step 10: Serve warm and enjoy!
