Ingredients:
2 pounds sirloin steak, Ribeye, or porterhouse- cut into bite-size cubes
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 c beef broth
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp brown sugar
5 tbsp butter
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
Directions:
Step 1: Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to high.
Step 2: Add olive oil and allow it to become hot.
Step 3: Rub with onion powder, brown sugar, salt, and pepper the steak cubes to season them.
Step 4: Add the seasoned steak cubes into the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes or until cooked to your preference. Make sure to cook them in batches.
Step 5: Remove the steak cubes from the skillet and place them on a clean plate.
Step 6: In the same skillet, add the garlic, parsley, butter, and broth. Allow the mixture to simmer over low heat.
Step 7: Put the steak cubes back to the skillet and simmer for 4 minutes more.
Step 8: Remove from the heat.
Step 9: Serve immediately and enjoy!
