How are you, friends? I hope you are all doing well. This recipe I am sharing with you today is my newfound recipe. I am so glad that I gave this a try because it is just too perfect! I have listed all the things you will be needing so all you need to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! You are more than welcome to add more of your preferred ingredients. What I love the most about this recipe is its simplicity. All you need is a slow cooker to do all the work for you! Easy, right? Well, you just have to try and taste it yourself. Ingredients:
4 tablespoons Garlic in Olive Oil
1-pound frozen shrimp, deveined, no tails
1 pound Sausage, cut into rounds
3 pounds Chicken Thighs, boneless and skinless (I used the ones from my ButcherBox)
1 Bell Pepper, diced.
2 Celery Stalks, diced
1 Onion, Diced
1-2 c Chicken Bone Broth
15 oz. Diced Tomatoes
6 oz. Tomato Paste
1/2 teaspoon Xanthan Gum
1 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon each: Cayenne, Thyme, Oregano, Pepper
Directions:
1. In a slow cooker, add everything aside from the shrimp. Stir until well combined.
2. Cover and seal the slow cooker, then cook for about 3 to4 hours on a high setting or 7 to 8 hours on a low setting.
3. About 20 minutes before the cooking time ends, add the shrimp and stir until well mixed. Cook for 20 minutes or until done.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
