KETO LOW CARB BANG BANG CAULIFLOWER

Prep Time: 30 mins | Cook Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 45 mins | Yield: 4 Servings

This luscious Bang Bang Cauliflower is what you need today! I have listed all the steps so all you need to do is to follow them. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

12 ounces cauliflower cut into bite-sized pieces (about 1/2 a large head of cauliflower)
cooking oil for frying
1 large egg whisked
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1/2 tablespoon parsley finely chopped

BREADING

1 c superfine almond flour
1 c finely grated parmesan cheese use fresh and not shelf-stable kind

BANG BANG SAUCE

1/4 c mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chilli paste I used sambal
1 tablespoon erythritol granular
1 teaspoon sriracha
1 teaspoon lime juice

Directions:

Step 1: In a small mixing bowl, add the heavy cream and egg. Whisk until well mixed.

Step 2: In a separated medium mixing bowl, add the cheese and flour. Whisk until well mixed.

Step 3: Line with parchment paper a baking sheet.

Step 4: Transfer the breading onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it on the bottom.

Step 5: Dip each cauliflower into the egg wash and make sure to coat them completely and shake off any excess drippings.

Step 6: Add the dipped cauliflower pieces onto the bread crumbs and press them gently.

Step 7: Top each cauliflower with a little amount of breading. Make sure to press the breading with your fingers.

Step 8: Push the cauliflower pieces to the side of the baking sheet and repeat the same process to the rest of the pieces.

Step 9: Place a pot with 1 1/2-inches of oil on the stove. Turn the heat to about 350 degrees F and allow the oil to become hot.

Step 10: Fry the prepared cauliflowers in batches until golden brown.

Step 11: Place the fried cauliflower pieces on a clean plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil. Repeat this process to the rest of the cauliflower pieces.

Step 12: In a small mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the bang bang sauce. Whisk until well blended. Add more seasonings if necessary.

Step 13: Drizzle the sauce all over the fried cauliflower pieces. Sprinkle parsley on top.

Step 14: Serve and enjoy!
