Oh, my! I love this recipe so much! A big thanks to my dear friend, Louise, for this incredible potato recipe. I have tried a lot of recipes for potatoes, but this one is the best! Oh, man, you are so in for a treat! The rich flavours in this dish are superb! Feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you need to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! My only advice to you is to be very generous with the amount of cheese that you are going to add. Just do it and thank me later! Have a beautiful day, friends. 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved and quartered if large
3 cups shredded Cheddar
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
8 slices bacon, cooked
1/4 cup sliced green onions, plus more for garnish
1 tablespoon paprika
Freshly ground black pepper
Sour cream, drizzling
Step 1: Line with aluminium foil and apply with cooking spray in a slow cooker.
Step 2: Arrange 1/2 of the potatoes on the bottom and top them with 1/2 of the garlic, 1 1/4 cups of cheese, 1/2 of the green onions, and 1/3 of the crispy bacon. Repeat the process until everything is arranged in layers.
Step 3: Cover the slow cooker and cook for 5 hours on a high setting.
Step 4: 20 minutes before the cooking time ends, add the rest of the bacon and cheese on top.
Step 5: Drizzle sour cream on top and sprinkle green onions.
Step 6: Serve and enjoy!
