FOR THE SHRIMP:
1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 c dry white wine
4 tbsp (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted and divided
Juice from one lemon
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
FOR THE TOPPING:
3/4 c panko breadcrumbs
1/4 c Parmesan cheese, finely grated
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter, melted
Fresh parsley, finely chopped
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 220 degrees C or 425 degrees F.
Step 2: In a 9×13-inch baking pan, add 2 tablespoons of melted butter and wine.
Step 3: Place the pan inside the preheated oven and heat for about 10 minutes until the volume reduces.
Step 4: In a large mixing bowl, add the garlic, lemon juice, the rest of the butter, salt, and pepper. Stir until well just mixed.
Step 5: Add the shrimp into the bowl and toss until well coated with the sauce.
Step 6: In another mixing bowl, add Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons of melted butter, and salt. Stir until well combined.
Step 7: Remove the baking dish from the oven and let it sit on a flat surface.
Step 8: Arrange the coated shrimp into the baking dish.
Step 9: Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture on top.
Step 10: Put the baking dish back to the oven and bake for about 12 minutes or until done.
Step 11: Broil for another 2 minutes or until brown.
Step 12: Remove from the oven and sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top.
Step 13: Serve and enjoy!
