FOR THE SHRIMP:
1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 c dry white wine
4 tbsp (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted and divided
Juice from one lemon
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
FOR THE TOPPING:
3/4 c panko breadcrumbs
1/4 c Parmesan cheese, finely grated
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter, melted
Fresh parsley, finely chopped
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 218 degrees C or 425 degrees F.
Step 2: Spread 2 tbsp of melted butter and wine into a 9×13-inch baking pan.
Step 3: Place it inside the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
Step 4: In a mixing bowl, add the rest of the butter, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed, then add the shrimp. Toss until well coated.
Step 5: In another mixing bowl, add the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, 2 tbsp of melted butter, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
Step 6: Take the baking dish out of the oven.
Step 7: Place the shrimp into the baking dish and arrange them.
Step 8: Sprinkle the breadcrumb topping over.
Step 9: Place the baking dish inside the preheated oven and bake for 12 minutes or until done.
Step 10: Broil for 2 more minutes or until done.
Step 11: Remove from the oven and sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
Step 12: Serve and enjoy!
