Prep Time: 10 mins | Total Time: 10 mins | Yield: 6 Servings

Meatballs Stew cooked to perfection! I always make this incredible dish. I love how all the ingredients compliment well with each other and how they taste like one! You can add more ingredients to this if you want. I highly recommend you tweak it and make it your own recipe. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

18-20 Meatballs (Recipe for Homemade) or 12 ounces package frozen
3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 c (about 4 large) carrots, cleaned and sliced
1 medium onion, chopped finely
3 stalks celery, cleaned and sliced
1 (10¾ ounces) can tomato soup
1 (10½ ounces) can beef gravy
1 c water
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 beef bouillon cubes or 2 tsp granules

Directions:

Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the meatballs. Use your hands to mix until well combined.

Step 2: Place a saucepan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Step 3: Add in a little oil and allow it to become hot.

Step 4: Add the meatballs and cook until brown.

Step 5: Put the meatballs in a bowl.

Step 6: Prepare a slow cooker or a large pot.

Step 7: Slice the veggies and place them into the prepared pot or slow cooker.

Step 8: Add in the rest of the ingredients and stir until well mixed.

Step 9: Add in the meatballs and stir until well combined.

Step 10: Place the pot or slow cooker on the stove and turn the heat to high. Allow the mixture to boil.

Step 11: Reduce the heat to low and allow it to simmer for about 1 hour or until the veggies are soft and tender.

Step 12: Serve and enjoy!

Note:

1. If you are using a slow cooker, cook the stew on low heat for 4 to 5 hours.

2. If you are using frozen meatballs, cooking time may vary.
