Millefeuille of smoked salmon with lemon mascarpone

INGREDIENTS

1 Norwegian smoked salmon plate 5.6 oz.
8.8 oz Mascarpone
1 Lemon
Chives
Salt
Pepper

PREPARATION

Prepare a cream made from mascarpone, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and finely chopped chives.

Mix it all together

Take a slice of salmon, cover with the device (about 1 cm), cover again with a slice of salmon, and repeat the operation 3 times

Film and store in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes to harden.

Cut immediately.
