3 c all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 c vegetable oil
2 ¼ c white sugar
3 tsp vanilla extract
2 c grated zucchini
1 c chopped walnuts
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 165 degrees C or 325 degrees F.
Step 2: Apply cooking spray and sprinkle flour in two 8×4-inch cake pans.
Step 3: In a mixing bowl, add the baking powder, flour, cinnamon, soda, and salt. Whisk until well mixed.
Step 4: In another mixing bowl, add eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla. Beat until well mixed.
Step 5: Transfer the flour mixture into the egg mixture, then stir until well mixed.
Step 6: Add the nuts and zucchini. Stir until well mixed.
Step 7: Transfer the batter into prepared pans and spread it evenly.
Step 8: Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.
Step 9: Remove the pans from the oven and allow them to cool at room temperature for at least 20 minutes.
Step 10: Serve warm and enjoy!
