You don’t need an oven to make this insanely delicious Nutella Cheesecake! Just place it in the fridge to chill, and it’s good to go! With these basic ingredients, you can serve your guests the most gorgeous-looking cake ever! Everyone is going to love this, I’m sure of it!

Ingredients:
1 pound (400 g) of cream cheese, at room temperature
10 ounces (300 g) of Graham crackers (digestive biscuits)
¾ c chopped toasted hazelnuts
1 13- ounce jar of Nutella at room temperature
½ c confectioners’ sugar, sifted
5 tbsp soft unsalted butter
Directions:
1. Crack the Graham crackers, then place them into the food processor.
2. Add 1 tbsp of Nutella, blitz, and butter into the food processor with the cracker, then pulse until well mixed.
3. Add 3 tbsp of hazelnuts, then pulse again until the texture becomes a bit sandy.
4. Transfer the mixture into a 9-inch round springform pan and spread it evenly.
5. Place the pan inside the fridge to chill for a few minutes.
6. Meanwhile, add confectioners’ sugar and cream cheese into a mixing bowl. Beat until well blended.
7. Add the rest of the Nutella and beat again until well blended.
8. Remove the pan from the fridge, then add the Nutella mixture on top and spread it evenly.
9. Sprinkle the rest of the hazelnuts over the Nutella mixture.
10. Put it back inside the fridge to chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
11. Serve chilled and enjoy!
