This is better than junk food I’m telling you! I always enjoy eating this on movie nights. This is perfect finger food when you are drinking wine. Feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. 12 ounces dry bread cubes
2 c diced celery
2 c chopped onions
2 tbsp chopped Italian parsley
1 tbsp chopped fresh sage
1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
8 tbsp butter
2 1/2 c turkey broth or 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
Step 1: Place a pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 2: Add in the butter and allow it to melt.
Step 3: Add in the onions, celery, herbs, salt, and pepper, then sauté for 1 minute or until translucent.
Step 4: Add in the bread cubes and toss until well combined.
Step 5: Add in just enough broth to make the texture wet.
Step 6: Transfer the mixture into an oblong baking pan.
Step 7: Cover the pan with aluminium foil.
Step 8: Place it inside the oven and bake at 325 degrees F for about 45 minutes.
Step 9: Remove the cover and bake for another 15 minutes or until done.
Step 10: Remove from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature.
Step 11: Serve and enjoy!
