This Apple Cake is just too perfect not to share with you! A big thanks to my sister, Heather, for this incredible recipe! I love it so much that this was probably my fifth time this week to bake it! Oh, man, you are so in for a treat! Feel free to add more ingredients if you wish. I have listed all the directions and ingredients so all you need to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! By the way, don’t forget to share this with your loved ones. 1 3/4 cups sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup oil
6 medium gala or fuji or honey crisp apples
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, add the eggs, cinnamon, oil, and sugar. Stir until well mixed.
Step 3: Slice the peeled apples and toss them into the egg mixture. Stir until well coated with the mixture.
Step 4: In a small mixing bowl, add the flour and baking soda. Whisk until well mixed.
Step 5: Transfer the flour mixture into the bowl with the apples. Stir until well combined.
Step 6: Apply cooking spray on a 9×13-inch round pan.
Step 7: Transfer the batter into the prepared pan.
Step 8: Place the pan inside the preheated oven and bake for about 55 minutes or until done.
Step 9: Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature.
Step 10: Serve and enjoy!
