One Bowl Chocolate Cake III

Ingredients:

2 c white sugar
1 ¾ c all-purpose flour
¾ c unsweetened cocoa powder
1 ½ tsp baking powder
1 ½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 Eggs
1 c milk
½ c vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 c boiling water

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Apply baking spray and flour in two 9-inch round pans.

Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, add the flour, baking powder, cocoa, baking soda, sugar, and salt. Whisk until well combined.

Step 4: Add in milk, eggs, vanilla, and oil. Beat with an electric mixer for about 2 minutes or until well combined.

Step 5: Add in the boiling water and stir until well mixed and thin.

Step 6: Transfer the batter into the prepared pans.

Step 7: Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.

Step 8: Remove from the oven and allow the cakes to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes.

Step 9: Transfer the cakes on a wire rack to cool at room temperature.

Step 10: Serve and enjoy!
