Prep Time: 10 mins | Cool Time: 10 mins | Total Time: 20 mins | Yield: 4 Servings

This may be the easiest pasta recipe I have ever tried! Oh, man, you are so in for a treat! In about 20 minutes, you will have a perfect lunch or dinner! Feel free to add more ingredients if you wish. I hope you all love and appreciate this simple recipe. Have a blessed day, friends. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

2 tbsp olive oil
1 c chopped onion
6 cloves garlic, minced
14 ounces fresh tomatoes, diced
2 c chicken broth
1 tbsp chopped Italian basil
8 ounces spaghetti
1/4 tsp salt or to taste
1/4 c shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped Italian parsley

Directions:

Step 1: Place a wide skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Step 2: Add in olive oil and allow it to become hot.

Step 3: Add in the garlic and onion, then sauté for about 3 minutes or until aromatic and translucent.

Step 4: Add in the chicken broth, tomatoes, spaghetti, and Italian basil. Use a spatula to press the spaghetti and submerge them into the liquid.

Step 5: Cover the skillet and turn the heat down to medium-low.

Step 6: Cook the pasta for 8 minutes or until firm to bite/al dente.

Step 7: Add more chicken broth if needed, then cook for another 2 minutes.

Step 8: Remove the cover and season with salt if needed.

Step 9: Remove the skillet from the heat and sprinkle parsley and a generous amount of Parmesan cheese on top.

Step 10: Serve hot and enjoy!
