My kids are obsessed with this Orange Creamsicle Fudge. It is the perfect summer treat that tastes exactly like Orange Creamsicle Bars. A nostalgic treat that reminds me of the ice cream truck that used to sell them near home.
Orange Creamsicle has been my favorite since I was little. The sweet combination of orange and vanilla is to die for! To make this Orange Creamsicle Fudge all you need are four simple ingredients; vanilla frosting, orange extract, chocolate chips, and food coloring. It is a no-fuss treat that you can easily make at home. Make sure to chill this in the fridge as the fudge does not set up as well unless refrigerated.
This Orange Creamsicle Fudge is a perfectly sweet fudge with just the right amount of white chocolate chips and orange flavor. A soft and smooth treat that is excellent for hot days!
INGREDIENTS
2 tsp orange extract
1 can vanilla frosting
Orange food coloring
16 ounces white chocolate chips
How to make Orange Creamsicle Fudge
Step 1: Using a nonstick spray, grease an 8 x 8-inch baking pan, then line using parchment paper. Set aside.
Step 2: Place the white chocolate chips and vanilla frosting in a large microwave-safe bowl. Pop in the microwave in 30-second intervals until melted, whisking in between. Then, whisk in the orange extract. Into another bowl, transfer 1/3 of the mixture.
Step 3: To the mixture in the large bowl, add the food coloring until you reached your desired shade.
Step 4: Into the prepared pan, spoon the orange mixture. On top, spoon the white mixture. Swirl using a toothpick or butter knife, making sure not to completely combine the colors.
Step 5: Place in the fridge to chill until the fudge is set.
Step 6: Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper. Slice and serve. Enjoy!
Note:
Use 16 ounces of white chocolate with no cocoa butter. Or 19 ounces of white chocolate with no cocoa butter.
