If you are looking for a new salad recipe, then, you have got to give this one a try! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you need to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Oh, man, try this recipe and prepare to be amazed! My only advice is to be very generous with the amount of cheese and bacon that you are going to add. Just do it and thank me later! Oh, man, you are so in for a treat! Last week, I had my friends over and I served this delicious salad. They could not get enough of this Pea Pasta Salad! I am sure that you wouldn’t either! 8 ounces mini shells, cooked
2 c frozen peas, frozen or thawed, but they began as frozen
1 c real mayonnaise
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions, sliced
6 strips bacon, chopped into small pieces
2 tbsp ranch seasoning
Step 1: Refer to the directions provided on the package of the shells on how to cook it.
Step 2: Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
Step 3: Add the pasta, peas, cheese, mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, bacon, and onions into a large mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
Step 4: Place the bowl inside the fridge to chill for about 4 hours to overnight.
Step 5: Add more bacon and cheese on top.
Step 6: Serve and enjoy!
