Ingredients:
cooking spray with flour
½ c melted butter
½ c packed brown sugar
1 (8 oz) can pineapple rings
1 (4 oz) jar maraschino cherries
1 (18.25 ozs) box yellow cake mix
1 (3.5 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
¼ c whole milk, or more as needed
⅓ c vegetable oil
3 Eggs
Directions:
1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
2. Apply cooking spray in a Bundt pan, then sprinkle flour over.
3. Spread the melted butter on the bottom of the prepared pan.
4. Sprinkle brown sugar over the butter layer.
5. Drain the pineapple rings and set aside the juice.
6. Slice the pineapple rings into two.
7. Arrange the cherries and pineapples alternately around the prepared pan.
8. In a large mixing bowl, add the pudding mix and cake mix. Whisk until well mixed.
9. Add the pineapple juice and milk. Stir until well blended.
10. Add the vegetable oil and stir until well mixed.
11. Add the eggs gradually and beat every addition.
12. Spread the batter over the fruits.
13. Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.
14. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for at least 10 minutes at room temperature.
15. Serve and enjoy!
