This is by far the best Pizza bread I have ever tried! In just about 55 minutes, you and your family will surely enjoy this spectacular treat! Ingredients:
2 cans (16.3 ounces each) large refrigerated flaky biscuits (8 counts)
20 slices pepperoni, halves
1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 c shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 c marinara sauce
1/3 c olive oil
Additional marinara sauce, warmed
Directions:
1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
2. Add olive oil, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes into a heat-proof bowl. Stir until well mixed.
3. Place it inside the microwave, then heat for about 30 seconds on high. Remove from the microwave and allow it to cool.
4. Slice each biscuit into quarters.
5. Add the biscuits into the bowl with the oil mixture, then toss until well coated.
6. Add the pepperoni and cheese, then toss again until well mixed.
7. Apply cooking spray in a 10-inch tube pan.
8. Arrange 1/2 of the biscuit mixture to the bottom of the prepared pan, then drizzle 1/4 cup of marinara sauce on top. Repeat the process until everything is arranged in layers.
9. Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes or until the top turns golden brown.
10. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
11. Invert the bread onto a plate.
12. Serve warm with the rest of the sauce. Enjoy!
