This recipe is superb! Oh, man, you are so in for a treat!
1 c all-purpose flour
¼ c white sugar
½ c butter
3 c chopped rhubarb
½ c white sugar
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese
½ c white sugar
1 c sour cream
2 tbsp white sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Step 2: Add flour, butter, and sugar into a mixing bowl. Beat until well mixed.
Step 3: Transfer the mixture into a 9-inch springform pan and spread it evenly on the bottom.
Step 4: In another mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 tbsp flour, and chopped rhubarb. Toss until well mixed.
Step 5: Spread the mixture over the prepared crust.
Step 6: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
Step 7: Remove from the oven allow it to cool.
Step 8: Turn the temperature of the oven to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 9: Add the cream cheese and 1/2 cup of sugar into a large mixing bowl. Beat until well blended.
Step 10: Add eggs gradually and beat every addition.
Step 11: Spread the egg mixture on top of the rhubarb while it’s still hot.
Step 12: Put it back inside the oven and bake for another 30 minutes or until done.
Step 13: Remove from the oven and spread the sour cream topping on top.
Ste 14: Serve and enjoy!
