Ingredients:
1-lb carrots, peeled
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp garlic salt
¼ c grated Parmesan cheese, or more to taste
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Step 2: Line with foil a baking sheet.
Step 3: In a small mixing bowl, add the garlic and olive oil. Stir until well mixed.
Step 4: Transfer the mixture inside a resealable bag.
Step 5: Put the carrots inside the bag. Seal and shake the bag until the carrots are well coated with the oil.
Step 6: Transfer the carrots onto the baking sheet.
Step 7: Place the baking sheet inside the preheated oven and roast for 45 minutes.
Step 8: Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of the carrots and roast for another 5 minutes or until done.
Step 9: Serve and enjoy!
Note:
Add more Parmesan cheese upon serving.
