Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 30 mins | Total Time: 40 mins | Yield: 4 Servings

These luscious potatoes drizzled by the delicious garlic sauce will surely satisfy your cravings today! Oh, man, this recipe is a must-try! Feel free to add more ingredients if you want. I usually serve these bad boys with steak. In about 40 minutes, you will have the best lunch or dinner ever! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you need to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go!

Ingredients:

1 pound baby potatoes, washed and rinsed

2 tbsp salted butter, melted

2 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 pinch salt

1 pinch cayenne pepper

3 dashes ground black pepper

1 tbsp chopped parsley, for garnishing

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 218 degrees C or 425 degrees F.

Step 2: Slit each potato horizontally.

Step 3: In a small mixing bowl, add the olive oil, butter, cayenne pepper, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.

Step 4: Season the potatoes with the garlic mixture. Toss until well combined. Generously season the slit you made on each potato.

Step 5: Place the seasoned potatoes onto a roasting pan.

Step 6: Place the potatoes inside the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes.

Step 7: Flip the potatoes and brush garlic oil on the other side.

Step 8: Put it back inside the oven and roast for 15 to 20 minutes more or until done.

Step 9: Remove the potatoes from the oven and immediately sprinkle parsley on top.

Step 10: Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

1. Feel free to use any regular potatoes for this recipe.

2. I usually combine different kinds of potatoes.
