Roasting Cauliflower With Parmesan and Herbs Makes It a Delight

Prep Time: 15 mins | Cook Time: 50 mins | Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins | Yield: 4 Servings

I love this recipe so much that I decided to share it with you as well! Oh, man, you are so in for a treat! Feel free to tweak the recipe to your preference. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

3 tbsp olive oil
1 small sweet onion, sliced
salt to taste
4 cloves garlic, chopped
½ tsp dried basil
½ tsp dried thyme
½ tsp dried parsley
1 head cauliflower, broken into florets
½ c freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 220 degrees C or 425 degrees F.

Step 2: Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Step 3: Add oil and allow it to become hot.

Step 4: Add the onion and saute until translucent.

Step 5: Add the garlic, parsley, basil, and thyme. Stir and cook until aromatic.

Step 6: Add cauliflower toss until well mixed.

Step 7: Transfer the skillet inside the preheated oven.

Step 8: Roast the cauliflower for about 35 minutes or until done. Make sure to stir after 15 minutes before cooking time ends.

Step 9: Remove from the oven and sprinkle a generous amount of Parmesan cheese on top.

Step 10: Serve hot and enjoy!
