Ingredients:
3 cloves garlic, minced
⅛ c vegetable oil
¼ c butter
1½ pounds sausage kielbasa or smoked sausage, sliced ¼” thick
1 c onions, chopped
2 pounds baby creamer potatoes, washed, sliced in half
¼ c water
2 15 ounces cans of green beans, drained
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama® seasoning
Directions:
1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
3. Rinse the creamer potatoes with water, then slice them into two.
4. Add the sliced potatoes into a large resealable bag, then add all the seasonings, red pepper flakes, pepper, and oil. Shake the bag until the sliced potatoes are well coated by the ingredients.
5. Put a large saucepan on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
6. Add the sausage and pour in water. Cook for a couple of minutes until the sausage becomes brown and the water has dried up.
7. Remove the browned sausage from the pan and let it cool. Place the cooled sausage inside the bag with the potatoes.
8. Add butter into the same pan and let it melt.
9. Add the garlic and onions, then sauté until aromatic and soft. Allow them to cool completely, then put them inside the bag with the rest of the ingredients. Shake the bag until ever is well mixed.
10. Empty the bag into the greased baking dish and spread the ingredients evenly.
11. Cover the baking dish with aluminium foil, then place it inside the preheated oven.
12. Bake the casserole for 40 minutes or until the potatoes become fork-tender.
13. Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
14. Serve warm and enjoy!
