Okay, I know that you probably know how to cook scrambled eggs, but have you tried this recipe yet? If not, then you are so in for a treat! I learned this recipe about 3 years ago and I’ve been doing it since then. By the way, a big thanks to my dear friend, Amy, for this awesome recipe. I am so glad that I gave it a try because I never would have tasted perfection. I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you need to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Well, you are more than welcome to add more ingredients if you wish. Make sure to read the notes at the bottom of this page for some recommendations. Okay, enough with the long introduction. It is time to go to your kitchen and start prepping. Ingredients:
2 teaspoons butter
1 tablespoon milk
4 large Eggs
Salt & Pepper to taste
Shredded cheese optional
Directions:
1. Add milk, eggs, salt, and pepper into a mixing bowl. Beat until well blended.
2. Place a large nonstick skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-low.
3. Add butter and allow it to melt.
4. Add the egg mixture, and rotate the skillet to spread the mixture.
5. Add the shredded cheese and cook until melted.
6. Transfer onto a serving plate.
7. Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to add hot sauce if you want a spicy version.
I highly recommend adding shredded cheese. It gives a different texture and flavour to the scrambled eggs.
