If you want the best recipe for today, then you have got to give this one a try! Oh, man, you are so in for a treat, I’m telling you! Feel free to add more ingredients if you want. I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you need to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! By the way, my only advice to you is to be very generous with the amount of sriracha that you are going to add. Just do it and thank me later! Well, I prefer spicy so it works perfectly for me! 2 3 oz pkg of Ramen Noodles, Seasoning Packet Discarded
2 tsp Sesame Oil
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
¼ c Soy Sauce** Low Sodium is Best
1 tsp Brown Sugar
2 tsp Sriracha*
Step 1: Refer to the directions provided on the package of the ramen noodles on how to cook them, then drain.
Step 2: Place a small skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 3: Add sesame oil and allow it to become hot.
Step 4: Add the garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes or until aromatic.
Step 5: Remove the skillet from the heat.
Step 6: Add brown sugar, sriracha, and soy sauce. Whisk until well mixed.
Step 7: Add the noodles and toss until well combined.
Step 8: Sprinkle green onions on top.
Step 9: Serve and enjoy!
Feel free to omit the sriracha if you are not a fan of spicy foods.
I prefer using low sodium soy sauce.
