Ingredients:
Patties:
1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
1/3 c Bread Crumbs
2 teaspoons Ketchup
1 teaspoon Mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
Gravy:
2 packets Brown Gravy Mix
2 c hot Water
1 teaspoon Ketchup
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire
Directions:
Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the patty. Use your hands to mix them well.
Step 2: Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 3: Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and allow it to become hot.
Step 4: Add the patties and cook each side for a few minutes until brown.
Step 5: Reduce the heat to low.
Step 6: In a mixing bowl, add water and gravy mix. Whisk until well mixed.
Step 7: Add the Worcestershire sauce and ketchup, then stir until well mixed.
Step 8: Pour the mixture into the pan and toss until the patties are well covered.
Step 9: Simmer the patties for a few minutes or until the texture of the gravy becomes thick.
Step 10: Serve hot over rice or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
