Simple yet delicious! This Sesame Noodles dish is what you just might need today! All you need to do is to mix all the ingredients, then toss it with the noodles, and you are good to go! Easy, right? Here you go! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so just follow them step by step, for they will guide you to perfection! You can serve this noodle dish as is or with your preferred side dish. I like to serve this with roasted beef tenderloin. If you are a fan of spicy foods, you can add more chili oil. Ingredients:
4 tablespoons canola oil
4 whole green onions, sliced thin
12 ounces thin noodles, cooked and drained
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
3 tablespoons pure sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon hot chili oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
Directions:
1. Place the noodles into a large serving bowl.
2. In a separate mixing bowl, add oil, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir until well blended. Add more seasonings if needed.
3. Pour the sauce on top of the noodles, then toss until well coated.
4. Sprinkle green onions over the noodles to garnish. Toss again until well mixed.
5. Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
Cook the noodles first before you start prepping. Drain them right away to stop the cooking process.
You can use your preferred noodles for this recipe. Whatever is available.
