Now, this Chicken Teriyaki is just one of the best and simplest recipes that I love so much! With this very minimal set of ingredients and very easy directions, you will surely have the best lunch or dinner today! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you have to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! By the way, feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, diced
1 c chicken broth
1/2 c teriyaki sauce
1/3 c brown sugar
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp sesame seeds
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, add the teriyaki sauce, chicken broth, brown sugar, sesame seeds, and garlic. Stir until well blended.
2. Add the chicken breasts and toss until well coated.
3. Transfer everything into a crockpot.
4. Cover the pot and cook for about 4 hours on a low setting.
5. Serve hot over rice and enjoy!
Note:
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
