Ingredients:
¼ c olive oil
1 c chicken broth
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
4 thick-cut boneless pork chops
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Add chicken broth, garlic powder, garlic, paprika, oregano, poultry seasoning, basil, and olive oil into a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
2. Transfer the mixture into the slow cooker.
3. Season with salt and pepper each of the pork chops.
4. Put the pork chops over the mixture into the slow cooker.
5. Cover the slow cooker and cook for about 4 hours on a high setting. Make sure to baste from time to time.
6. Serve and enjoy!
