I love this cake recipe so much! Oh, man, you have got to give this one a try, I’m telling you!
8 oz nonfat cream cheese, softened
1 c butter, softened
2 tsp butter, softened
2 c white sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
6 Eggs, room temperature
3 c all-purpose flour, sifted
2 c strawberries, muddled
1 tsp vanilla sugar
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 250 degrees F.
Step 2: Apply cooking spray in a Bundt pan.
Step 3: In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of butter, cream cheese, and sugar. Beat for at least 3 minutes or until creamy.
Step 4: Add vanilla extract and salt. Beat until well blended.
Step 5: Add eggs gradually and beat every addition.
Step 6: Add one cup of flour at a time and beat until well mixed.
Step 7: Add the strawberries and beat until just mixed.
Step 8: Transfer the batter into the greased pan and spread it evenly.
Step 9: Sprinkle vanilla sugar on top.
Step 10: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.
Step 11: Remove from the oven and allow the cake to cool at room temperature.
Step 12: Serve and enjoy!
