This recipe has always been a part of my family since I was a little kid! I remember my Grandma used to make this all the time! I enjoyed all the times that I went to her house because there was always delicious food on the table! I am so grateful to her for teaching me how to cook these heavenly Sausage Balls! Anyway, I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you have to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Feel free to tweak the recipe to your liking. Ingredients:
1 lb Jimmy Dean Refrigerated – Roll Sausage
8 slices Wright Brand Hickory Smoked Bacon, cooked and diced
6 oz Dry Stuffing Mix, prepare according to instructions
3 c Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
2. Line with parchment paper a baking sheet.
3. In a large mixing bowl, add the cooked bacon, sausage, cheese, and cooked stuffing. Stir until well mixed.
4. Form small balls out of the mixture. You should make about 48 of them.
5. Arrange the meatballs into the lined baking sheet.
6. Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes or until they turn brown.
7. Remove from the oven and allow the meatballs to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
8. Serve and enjoy!
Note:
Serve these sausage balls as is or over rice and pasta!
